I ship within the United States via USPS and UPS. Orders outside the U.S. will follow international customs regulations and will take longer. Upon request, I will insure the items shipped.
I cannot accept responsibility for undeliverable orders due to customer providing incorrect address.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
I want you to be thrilled with the finished piece. I will gladly exchange or refund an item due to damage or defect upon delivery or within 30 days of purchase. If you aren't thrilled with your item, please contact me so we can resolve it to your satisfaction. Returns or exchanges other than defect or damage on stock inventory (different than custom orders) may be subject to a restocking fee of 15% plus materials.
For custom orders, I take extra care to make a design to suit your specifications. Please contact me for sizing, various options for designs and choice of stones or materials and I will make your order accordingly. If you aren't thrilled with your custom piece, I will gladly work with you to resolve issues, which might include minor alterations. Alterations may be subject to additional labor or materials fees that I will negotiate with you. However, there are no refunds for custom orders other than damage, defect or error on the maker's part.
