Nordic Oak Leaf Ring

In Norse folklore, the oak tree signifies long life and good fortune, a theme I embrace as part of my heritage. Luckily, I have an oak tree in my backyard, and I collect leaves that I roll-print into this sterling silver ring band. Then I carefully hand sawcut and layer a tiny oak leaf, hand engraving the leaf veins, and adding a few silver dewdrops and some curled edges (the dried leaves in winter).
Each ring will have variations, as I make them to order, and everything is unique.

There is an oxidized finish on the ring, to highlight the design.
