DetailsI love the features of ancient Viking ships - with long, swooping curves and tall prows - I made this necklace to resemble the prow of those seaworthy ships, and modernized the design a bit. Using Norwegian thulite, which is the national stone of Norway, as my focal point, I designed around the ship - the stone is like a compass in the center, to help travelers find their way along their journeys. This thulite has a range of pinks, mixed with white quartz, which is typical of thulite, and makes a beautiful centerpiece.
This one-of-a-kind necklace is suspended on an 18 inch sterling silver Omega chain. -
