I designed this pendant in honor of the ancient Norse goddess Beyla. Beyla is a little-known figure, her nickname was "little bean", representing earth's gifts of all growing plants. I made the base in a domed and framed hollow formed double layer sterling silver, then applied 22k gold granulation (little dots) plus an ancient Viking spiral symbol, signifying continuity of life.. I oxidized the silver to show the contrast in the metals. The chain is also sterling silver, oxidized to match. This is a one of a kind original design...like Beyla!
