Silver Filigree and Finnish Spectrolite Ring

Finnish stone meets Norwegian filigree with a flourish in my new handmade ring. I combined sterling silver with my handmade fine silver filigree work, and topped it with the glorious stone, spectrolite. Found only in Finland, spectrolite is a labradorite gem, with the special features of deep blue and green. They call this the Aurora Borealis stone with good reason. When you move the stone, it captures a multitude of colors, from deep blue, teal, green, flashes of gold - all with vibrant iridescence. I also added two drops of 14k gold just for a little extra bling.
