Filigree Daisy Silver Earrings

DetailsCelebrating spring flowers, I handmade these filigree earrings to resemble a single daisy with a dew drop in the center. I made the earrings in sterling silver, and made the filigree in the traditional Norwegian technique, using fine (.999) silver. I oxidized the earrings to highlight the contrasting textures. The posts are sterling silver. These are a great, every day, wear with anything earring, combining my love of classic jewelry making with a modern flair.
